How do I create a PranaVeda account?

Visit our homepage and click "Start Free" to sign up with your email address or Google account. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes — click the link to verify your account and unlock your 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and enter the email associated with your account. We'll send a reset link that expires in 30 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you still can't access your account, reach out to our support team via the contact page.

Can I change the email on my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Email and enter your new address. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. Your previous email will remain active for 24 hours as a safety measure in case you didn't authorise the change.

Classes

Do I need any equipment for online classes?

A yoga mat is the only essential item. For certain styles like Yin or Restorative, a bolster, blocks, and a strap can enhance your practice, but they are not required. Our teachers always offer modifications for students without props. A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps) is recommended for live streams.

Can I attend live classes if I miss the scheduled time?

Absolutely. All live classes are recorded and added to our on-demand library within 2 hours of the session ending. You can access replays anytime during your subscription. Some premium workshops may have a 24-hour delay before the recording is available.

What level should I choose as a beginner?

Start with any class labelled "Beginner" or "All Levels." Our Hatha Foundations and Gentle Vinyasa courses are specifically designed for newcomers. You can filter by level in the class library. As you build confidence, you'll naturally feel ready to explore intermediate options.

Billing

When will I be charged after the free trial?

Your 7-day free trial begins the moment you sign up. On day 8, your selected plan (monthly or annual) will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. You can cancel anytime before day 8 and you won't be charged at all. We send a reminder email 48 hours before the trial ends.

How do I update my payment method?

Navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Method. You can add a new credit/debit card or update your existing one. Changes take effect immediately for future charges. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Some regions also support UPI and local payment methods.
